The Division of Capital Services provides project administration and project management for County government built projects. The projects are broken into various phases such as planning, design, construction, and right-of-way. The planning phase involves needs assessments, budget and schedule preparation. Included in the design phase is preparation of requests for proposals for design services, construction plan preparation, and construction bid package preparation. The construction phase includes advertisement for construction and construction administration and management. Included in the right-of-way phase is property appraisals, abstracts, negotiations, and settlement.
