Free Mulch
Let us grind your yard waste into FREE mulch. Through Charles County’s yard waste program and Christmas tree collection, free mulch is available year-round (while supplies last) at the below listed recycling centers. Loading of vehicles is available at the landfill site, however, at Pisgah and Breeze Farm, mulch must be loaded by the resident. Please note available hours:
