Facility Rental Options

Rates shown above are for Charles County residents. If you are a non-resident, please add $5 per hour to the rate, unless otherwise noted. Hourly rates do not include the cost of equipment.

Equipment Use Fees:
The following are flat rate fees and are not applied hourly:
TV: $20 • Game Tables: $40 • Steam Tables: $10

User Categories

Category 1-Fees apply to community organizations such as scouts and non-profit organizations.

Category 2-Fees apply to private functions, such as birthday parties, for-profit organizations, and Category 1 organizations that charge an admission fee.

Exempt-Government agencies conducting public hearings, meetings, etc., are exempt from facility rental fees, but will incur building service worker charges of $10 per hour.

The Nanjemoy Community Center is available for public purposes free of charge during regular Center hours. Please call for availability and reservations.
